Oliver Nold — Context and Clarifications

LinkedIn's identity verification, recorded in the official export under the name OLIVER NOLD and completed on 16 July 2025 through Persona, concerns identity only. LinkedIn did not verify employment, founder status, company ownership, revenue, exits, investments or any Vivameda technical claim.

LinkedIn positions, headline, summary and project entries are user-editable current profile fields. They are first-party self-description, not dated historical records, and they never override contemporaneous corporate, Instagram, Facebook or independent evidence.

The current LinkedIn profile lists North Resolutions as 2019–2025. That range conflicts with the stronger contemporaneous record: the NORTH operating brand launched in 2022 and NORTH RESOLUTIONS LLC was formed in Florida on 25 July 2023. The canonical chronology is unchanged and the LinkedIn entry is retained archive-only.

The current LinkedIn profile also lists two further ventures for the periods 2015–2017 and 2017–2019 that are not corroborated anywhere in the evidence corpus. They are retained archive-only and are deliberately absent from the public career sequence.

LinkedIn recommendations are platform-hosted testimony written by identifiable third parties. They are stronger than self-description and weaker than registry records, transaction documents, technical validation, independent journalism or audited data. Oliver Nold co-founded beatmix ag and served as manager / Geschäftsführer from September 2011 to March 2012. The Geschäftsführer role and dates are recorded on the XING profile; the co-founder status rests on Oliver Nold's own account and no independent source for it has been identified.

The seven-figure figure refers specifically to inventory. It does not refer to company valuation, invested capital, transaction value or exit proceeds.

Oliver Nold co-founded beatmix ag with the intention of developing the business in connection with Sacom in Switzerland. This record does not state that an acquisition occurred.

NomadX existed before Oliver Nold became involved. During his subsequent involvement Oliver Nold was publicly described as “Co-Founder & Global Operation Leader” by publishers independent of him: Startup Grind (S-021, 6 August 2020), Unsettled (S-022, Future of Remote Work Report 2020) and The Nomadic Executive TNE028 (S-033, 24 August 2020), which also records that he met the NomadX founders at the 2018 DNX conference in Lisbon and that he and Lisa Orth were invited as Entrepreneurs in Residence with NomadX in Lisbon in July 2019.

The 2020 transaction involved NomadX's Portuguese accommodation/listing assets and associated operating resources. It is not established that Flatio acquired the whole NomadX company.

Lilly Sol is a founder-owned / affiliated venture associated with Oliver Nold and Lisa Orth.

Work performed through NORTH Resolutions LLC for Lilly Sol is work for an affiliated founder-controlled venture and is never included in an independent client count.

NORTH RESOLUTIONS LLC was voluntarily dissolved on 9 July 2025. Vivameda Ltd was incorporated in Cyprus on 15 July 2025.

NORTH Resolutions and Vivameda represent different stages in Oliver Nold's commercial activity. NORTH focused primarily on consulting, growth and commercial execution; Vivameda was established as a separate Cyprus company focused on commercial intelligence and proprietary longitudinal workforce and company data.

No merger is asserted, and no legal succession is asserted. The treatment of NORTH clients, contracts, intellectual property, technology, datasets, other assets and any assignment or transfer documentation is recorded separately once established.

The Facebook username olivernold82 and the twitter.com form of the X account are earlier addresses of profiles Oliver Nold still controls. They are historical URLs for the same Oliver Nold identity, not separate people.
